Alexia Lewis, MS, RD, LD/N, CHC, CPT is a licensed dietitian/nutritionist in Florida where she has coached thousands of people to improve their health, weight, and confidence through her business and in her roles as a university dietitian and a health coach for private companies. Alexia has developed two curriculums on healthy living and weight management, taught undergraduate nutrition classes at the University of North Florida, and has been featured on television and in print media.
Alexia earned her master's degree from the University of North Florida where she also completed her dietetic internship. She earned her registered dietitian credential (RD/RDN) in 2012. She then obtained certifications from the American Council on Exercise as a certified health coach (2016) and personal trainer (2018). She also holds certifications as a Weight Management Specialist and Culinary Nutrition.

Alexia Lewis, MS, RD, LD/N, CHC, CPT believes life is better with science, humor, and delicious food. After surviving a heart attack in 2007 and battling with her weight for most of her adult life, she changed her career to spread the word about how mindset, food, and activity can influence health.
She founded N.E.W. Motivation Coaching in 2016 where she is a Health Strategy Coach to "keep healthy simple." She believes the way we have been dieting for decades is wrong. She wants people to stop the diet-regain-diet cycle from restrictive dieting that crushes people's self-confidence and health. Instead, she teaches people to love themselves healthy through building a positive mindset and learning to eat in a way that takes them to best-for-them weight while improving health.
