Xtreme Lean

Xtreme Lean Overview

Although it sounds like a body builders’ product, Xtreme Lean is a very natural product designed for the dieter who wishes to boost their regime with a dietary supplement.Xtreme Lean is a thermogenic support, which raises the body temperature, allowing the user to burn calories at a faster rate, particularly during exercise. The product is made by an American company, Nature’s Bounty, who have an official website showcasing their range of health and weight loss aids. The company have been in business for over 30 years and appear to have a good reputation in the industry. Their website contains a handy link to a site called ‘Health Notes’ where one can see a range of health related articles and recipes. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of information about Xtreme Lean on the Nature’s Bounty website, and no FAQ’s, testimonials or clinical trials are shown.

Xtreme Lean – Product Description

Xtreme LeanXtreme Lean consists of a number of natural ingredients. The list shows amounts for the first four which are Vitamins C and B6, Pantothenic Acid and Magnesium, and then lists the remainder as being part of the Thermo Complex proprietary blend. The blend consists of the caffeine-like substance Yerba Mate (which is actually consumed as a coffee alternative in parts of South America), Green Tea extract, which provides anti-oxidants and caffeine, Tyrosine complex, Citrus Aurantium (sometimes called ‘Bitter Orange’ and also in the patented substance ‘Advantra Z), Ginger, Flavone complex, DMAE and Grape Seed extract. The manufacturers include a diet and exercise plan with the product and encourage using it for optimum results. The dosage for Thermo Xtreme is simple, requiring the user to take 2 capsules twice a day, once before their morning meal or workout and then again mid-afternoon. It should be noted that anyone weighing less than 150lbs start the dose at 1 capsule per serving to assess their tolerance level.

  • The company encourages a healthy and active lifestyle
  • The product is available from independent retailers, not just online

Xtreme Lean – Drawbacks

  • There is very limited information available on the company website
  • Most of the ingredient amounts are contained in a proprietary blend so the actual amounts are unknown
  • The product contains a high level of caffeine and stimulants
  • The user should limit their exposure to sunlight and UV rays whilst taking Xtreme Lean

Xtreme Lean – The Bottom Line

Xtreme Lean certainly appears to be a genuine weight loss product that would definitely increase any dieter’s metabolism safely, providing they are not overly sensitive to caffeine. It is unfortunate that the company do not provide more information for their product; as good as it may be, consumers are more likely to opt for a product that has more details easy available. In terms of cost, it is a bonus that Xtreme Lean can be bought at retail stores as this usually allows for competitive pricing. Generally, Xtreme Lean costs between $24.00- $27.00 for a one month supply.
