The list shows amounts for the first four which are Vitamins C and B6, Pantothenic Acid and Magnesium, and then lists the remainder as being part of the Thermo Complex proprietary blend. The blend consists of the caffeine-like substance Yerba Mate (which is actually consumed as a coffee alternative in parts of South America), Green Tea extract, which provides anti-oxidants and caffeine, Tyrosine complex, Citrus Aurantium (sometimes called ‘Bitter Orange’ and also in the patented substance ‘Advantra Z), Ginger, Flavone complex, DMAE and Grape Seed extract.The manufacturers include a diet and exercise plan with the product and encourage using it for optimum results. The dosage for Thermo Xtreme is simple, requiring the user to take 2 capsules twice a day, once before their morning meal or workout and then again mid-afternoon. It should be noted that anyone weighing less than 150lbs start the dose at 1 capsule per serving to assess their tolerance level.
