Viva Body is a product that is purely designed to boost energy. It is aimed directly at women who lead busy lifestyles and need some extra energy to get through the day. The reason it is marketed as a weight loss product is due to the fact that the extra energy enables the user to also have enough for a good workout during the day. According to the manufacturers, Viva Body is designed to release ’smooth, sustained energy’ and is time released, avoiding the caffeine ’spikes’ or crashes that coffee or energy drinks can cause.The Viva Body product is made by a company called Iovate, who do not seem to have an official website. A lot of information about Viva Body can easily be found on retail websites where it is also sold. Unfortunately this also means that there are no testimonials or FAQ’s for the product. Not only that, but there doesn’t seem to be many independent reviews anywhere on the internet.

Viva Body is basically a serving of caffeine in capsule form. The capsules have a ’sweet minty’ coating which is obviously meant to make them more palatable. However, more than one reviewer has stated that they did not like the taste and wish that they had been regular, plain tasting capsules instead. It is recommended that one pill is taken within one hour after rising and not within 12 hours before bed. Each capsule contains a proprietary blend of Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea, White Tea and Oolong Tea. The ‘other’ ingredients include Citrus Pectin, Magnesium Stearate, Guar Gum, Sucralose and peppermint oil.

Viva Body - The Bottom Line

As noted above, Viva Body is nothing more than a fancy form of energy pill. It must be combined with exercise to obtain any results as there is nothing in the capsule that encourages weight loss (although the caffeine may have a slight thermogenetic effect) It is not likely that many savvy consumers would want to spend any money on such a basic and relatively unknown product.
