The Size 0 diet pill is manufactured specifically for women who wish to not only lose weight but also look younger and have more energy (in other words, most of the female population!). It claims to be a rapid fat burner that also supports healthy estrogen levels and improves the condition of hair, nails and skin.The only information that seems to be available regarding Size 0 is from nutrition retail websites. Size 0 does have a site under it’s name, but it is a single page that gives absolutely no information about the product, apart from the fact that it will allow the user to once again feel good about her body, lose any insecurities about herself and basically, become ‘hot’. The only links on the page are to a retailer that sells the product. The pricing of Size 0 seems to be confusing as does the amount of capsules contained in each bottle. Some retailers have 68 count bottles (34 days worth) whilst others list it as having 100. The prices vary depending on the retailer but seem to range from as little as $29.99 to $49.99.

Size 0 is a combination of four different blends. The weight loss support blend uses caffeine, green tea, Yerba Mate and coffee bean extract to increase thermogenic and metabolic accelerators. Appetite support blend is to control food cravings (lack of control being the reason why 70% of dieters fail, according to the company). It contains Hoodia Gordonii, the popular appetite suppressant that has been featured in so many news items of late. There is evidence to show that Hoodia Gordonii can have a positive effect on the appetite, but no clinical studies are shown here to prove this. The third blend, the Beauty support uses Horsetail Leaf extract, collagen and Q10 co-enzyme which consumers may recognise as being ingredients in many facial creams. Finally, the Estrogen support complex is added to balance female hormone levels. It does not fully explain why this is important although it is known that as women age, their estrogen levels drop.

There is nothing unique about Size 0 and too little is known about the product for it to be recommended as a weight loss supplement. The addition of regular exercise and calorie control would be vital if taking Size 0 as the ingredients alone would certainly not produce the ‘rapid’ results that Size 0 promises.
