It is a homeopathic treatment that by definition contains minute amounts of active ingredients that are said to trigger the body to become rebalanced and more effective in performing its functions. Puralin can be used for a long period of time and does not have any negative side effects. It is reasonably priced, but its effectiveness in promoting weight loss is questionable.
