Phosphacore Overview
One major problem that many dieters wish to address is that of excess stomach fat. Phosphacore is just one of many products on the market that target this area which, of course claims to work better than any other.
There is a good amount of information available on the Phosphacore website although they do use some dubious sales techniques such as displaying TV and media logos, giving the often false impression that their product has been endorsed by these companies. In the case of Phosphacore, it appears that the synergistic complex in the pill was in fact featured on CNN, NBC and People magazine, although not the actual product itself.
The site provides some of the sections usually seen for similar products, including a very brief FAQ section and a few customer testimonials (which include one from the editor of ‘Muscle Media’ magazine). The amounts of weight loss cited in these testimonials are not within the professionally recommended amount, which is generally regarded as between 1-2 lbs a week. In this case, the manufacturers promise expected weight loss of 7 lbs in one week and a loss of 2″ overall, although this is no doubt an exaggeration.

The three ingredients, phosphatidylserine, cis-9-trans-11 conjugated linoleic acid and asorbic acid work together in a patent-pending complex and have the ability to reduce the stress hormone Cortisol, a main cause of increased stomach fat. The complex also works to dissolve fat cells and increase the fat burning ability of the body by 30%. Although the manufacturers mention clinical trials that were performed, no actual details are given and no ingredient amounts are listed either.
In addition to this, there are no instructions regarding dosage or the length of time the consumer is expected to take the product.

Phosphacore – The Bottom Line
There does not seem to be a great deal of ‘buzz’ about Phosphacore, which is usually a sign that the product is not as good as it claims to be. It certainly does include some worthy ingredients, but without knowing more information, such as how much is actually in the product or how often it should be taken, it’s impossible to say how well they will work.
Added to this is the fact that the company does not encourage regular exercise and uses some dubious selling techniques (such as stating there are limited quantities available so the customer must order immediately), Phosphacore is not a product to be recommended.
