The first is a rapid-release capsule, and the second is an extended-release capsule. The combination of the two allows this product to claim that it works longer than other fat burners. One, Phenylethylamine (PEA), is a stimulant that increases metabolism by stimulating the thyroid gland. PEA is a complicated substance that can be innocuous or lethal depending on its use.
