Lean Balance is another product from the Canadian-based Iovate company. Iovate produces a large range of products, and have somewhat of a dubious reputation in the industry.There does not appear to be an official website for Lean Balance though it is featured on many retailers’ sites and consumers’ forums. The main selling point of the product seems to be that it does not contain caffeine and delivers a substantial amount of calcium. It is designed specifically for women, who are often urged to increase the amount of calcium in their diet to decrease the risks of osteoporosis.Because there is no website for the product, no FAQ’s or testimonials are available. However, there are quite a few customer reviews to be found on the internet which, because they are independent, are generally credible. Reviews for Lean Balance are mixed – either people seemed to love it or found it completely useless. It certainly doesn’t seem likely that Lean Balance actually causes the 350% increase in weight loss as promised.

As mentioned, Lean Balance does contain a good amount of calcium obtained from three separate sources. It is good to see Vitamin D is included in the product as it works to complement and enhance the effects of calcium. Other ingredients in Lean Balance are Phosphorus, Chromium, Potassium, Trim Source (a blend of Garcinia Cambogia, Gymnema Sylvestre extract and Grape Seed extract) and Source Cal (Caffeine free Green Tea, Wheyn Mineral Complex, Ginseng and Poliosanol).Lean Balance is designed to be taken twice a day, 30-60 minutes before meals, 3 capsules per dose. Consumers can feel comfortable about taking this product in the evening as it contains no caffeine and therefore should not cause the side effects usually associated with stimulants.

Lean Balance – The Bottomline
There certainly is not much of a ‘buzz’ about Lean Balance as a weight loss pill. Whilst some consumers may like the fact that it does not contain caffeine, this does mean unfortunately that it may not be as effective as those products that do. Lean Balance seems to be nothing more than a good source of calcium masquerading as a weight loss pill.
