It is obvious that the Hydroxycut company aims to give their customers all the help they can in achieving their weight loss goals. The only downside of all the sections and information is that the website can be rather confusing and overwhelming. The testimonials are very detailed involving not only before and after pictures of the customers, but also weight loss statistics and background stories. Likewise, the tools and articles offered are very comprehensive. There are calculators to determine everything from one’s BMI (Body Mass Index) to heart metabolic rate. The exercise articles include step by step instructions for spot training and activity charts.

Strangely enough, it is this area that the company lets the consumer down. The information regarding the ingredients in Hydroxycut are quite sparse, and only concentrate on a few of the main ones. The only ingredients given fuller explanations are Garcinia Cambogia, Green Tea and Gymnema Sylvestre. The overall effect of the product is to burn fat, control the appetite and increase energy. Hydroxycut is designed to be taken 30-60 minutes before meals, three times a day. It is recommended that the consumer start slowly by taking 1 per serving for the first three days and then 2 per serving thereafter.

By all accounts, Hydroxycut appears to be a satisfactory product but does not really offer more than many others on the market. One confusing aspect of Hydroxycut however is the pricing. The website offers the product at a cost of $85.93 for a one month supply. Retail stores offer the product at an average of $29.99 but this is for a 72 count bottle which, if taking the maximum dose of 6 per day, would only last about 12 days. As with similar products the consumer would be wise to shop around for a good price, but in this case, make sure the amount is suitable for their personal dosage needs.
