Cyclotrim Overview

Cyclotrim is marketed as the first ever ‘weight loss water’. It is in fact, a tablet that is added to ordinary drinking water, and promises to boost energy, burn fat, improve both mental focus and the immune system.

The website for Cyclotrim is fairly basic but professional looking. It contains a rather useless video of Cyclotrim ‘in action’ which consists simply of the tablet being dropped into a glass of water. The site does contain a good FAQ section but only one testimonial where the customer claims to have lost 24lbs, though the time frame for the loss is unknown.

The site also features a short explanation regarding why water is so vital for our bodies and such a useful weight loss tool. Although it has been proven that many dieters mistake thirst for hunger, the makers of Cyclotrim do not show any clinical trials that have been performed on the product.

Cyclotrim - Product Description

CyclotrimThe main page of the Cyclotrim site is the only place to find any information about the ingredients in the product. Each tablet consists of an Energy Blend and an Electrolyte Blend. The first contains Guarana, Glucuronolactone, Taurine and Green Tea Leaf extract and the second, Sodium Bicarbonate, Potassium and Magnesium Citrate. Because both these blends are proprietary the exact amounts are not given. The product also contains vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, B12 and B6, Niacin and Folate.

There is no information shown as to how the product should be taken, or the amount but information on an independent site states that one tablet should be added to an 8fl oz glass of water and that for optimum results the product should be used for a minimum of 3 months.

Cyclotrim Advantage

  • Cyclotrim comes in a lemon-lime flavor, encouraging dieters to drink more water
  • The website contains a detailed FAQ section
  • Cyclotrim contains all natural ingredients
  • Each tablet provides 100% R.D.A. of certain vitamins and minerals
  • The electrolytes in Cyclotrim keep the user hydrated for a longer period of time
  • The tablets contain no calories
  • Cyclotrim delivers 8.5 times more EGCG extract than one cup of green tea

Cyclotrim - Drawbacks

  • No dosage information is provided
  • No clinical trials are cited
  • Only one testimonial is shown
  • There are no positive reviews to be found on any independent consumer websites or dieting forums

Cyclotrim - The Bottom Line

There are no independent reviews of Cyclotrim to be found on the internet and no evidence of a positive performance on the company website. Whether or not Cyclotrim actually has the weight loss effects it claims is not known but if it encourages the dieter to drink more water then that alone is a good thing.

However, flavored low-calorie water can be achieved simply by using a product such as Crystal Light and is far less expensive than Cyclotrim which costs $39.95 for approximately a one month supply.
