Cleanse RX Overview

Cleanse RX is a standard two part colon cleansing system. As with all cleansers, they are designed to rid the body of excess, built-up waste, leaving the user feeling lighter, more energetic and overall healthier.Cleanse RX has what seems to be a professional, ‘clinical’ looking website that explains how the product works and why having a healthy colon is so important. Upon closer inspection however, one will see that the site is very poorly written, something that certainly detracts from the image of the product. (For example, they claim that the packets of Cleanse RX are ‘non-discreet’, when they obviously mean the opposite!)The site is very easy to navigate and does contain a lot of information explaining exactly what each phase of their product does, though the accompanying illustration showing a ‘before’ stomach filled with junk food is really not necessary. The testimonials listed are very lengthy but contain no customer photos. The FAQ section is good and features answers regarding the product itself plus ordering and shipping information. The company also provide a number of different ways for the customer to contact them if need be.

Cleanse RX - Product Description

Cleanse RXPhase 1 of Cleanse RX is to help the user rid the body of waste through regular and thorough elimination. It is stressed that the product contains no harsh laxatives, cutting down on the need to be close to a washroom or at home during the process. The ingredients are all listed, not in a proprietary blend and the amounts of each are disclosed. Phase 1 contains a mix of Psyllium Husk, Vitamin C, Magnesium Oxide, Lemon Bio Flavonoid, Magnesium Carbonate and Senna.Phase 2 is a blend of Amino Acids, such as Aspartic Acid, Glycine and Tyrosine, plus numerous added nutrients, Vitamins B, C, D and E, the minerals Zinc, Calcium, Chromium, Folic Acid, Soy Protein and Green Tea, to name just a few. The purpose of this second phase is to add nutrients to the system after elimination and restore a healthy internal environment.Phase 1 is taken over the course of a month and consists of 4 capsules per day, while Phase 2 can be taken for an initial period of one month and then, if the user desires, for an indefinite period.

Cleanse RX Advantage

  • The Cleanse RX is easy to use and contains all the expected features (FAQ’s, testimonials etc.)
  • The ingredient amounts are not ‘hidden’ in a proprietary blend
  • A cleansed colon can cut down the risk of colon cancer and help the user lose weight through a more efficient digestive system
  • The product contains no harsh laxatives or stimulants
  • Cleanse RX comes with a 90-day money back guarantee
  • Extra packets of Phase 2 can be purchased separately

Cleanse RX - Drawbacks

  • The website is poorly written
  • Cleanse RX is expensive at a cost of $79.99 for a one month supply
  • No clinical trials are cited
  • No independent consumer reviews could be found on the internet at the time of writing
  • The benefits of ‘at home’ colon cleansing are still in question by healthcare professionals

Cleanse RX - The Bottom Line

Whilst it is certainly true that in North America we tend to eat a lot of junk that leads to ill health, it has not been proven that home cleansing systems really do as much good as they claim to. There is no mention anywhere on the Cleanse RX site about the benefits of a healthy diet and exercise and it is somewhat misleading to suggest that the user can lose weight, have radiant skin, enhance liver function and rid themselves of parasites by using one product. Going through this process once and then following a healthy lifestyle would probably be more beneficial in the long run than relying on this product indefinitely.
