This blend consists of a number of popular weight loss ingredients: Guarana extract, Green Tea, Hoodia Gordonii, Citrus Naringinine, Vanadium, Glucomannan, RG-1X (an inhibitor of the enzyme associated with obesity) and Magnesium Stearate. The only ingredient not included in this blend is Chromium, a regulator of blood glucose levels. The information available for Cenafil highlights only a few of these ingredients which, curiously are not the more well known substances such as the Green Tea and Guarana. The makers of Cenafil emphasise the fact that Cenafil only needs to be taken once a day, preferably in the morning. They also recommend that the consumer keeps Cenafil in their bloodstream for between 120-360 days (in other words, it should be taken all year!)
