Because of GNC’S reputation and scope of their market and their predominantely holistic products, one expects results from a product on which they place their brand. Visiting the GNC website (www.GNC.com) however, garnered very little information regarding Burn 60. We found out that it is marketed as a fat loss or thermogenic diet supplement and that it will accelerate caloric loss by 60%. Other than this we only saw a list of natural ingredients used in this formula but not any specific or detailed information regarding what they do.
It should be noted that there is a fitness center/Gym in California that also goes by the name Burn 60 and they have the web address (burn60.com) and this diet pill should not be confused in any way with that gym. There is no connection between the Burn 60 gym and the
Burn 60 diet supplement.

Burn 60 has a slew of natural ingredients such as: Black tea leaves extract (may have metabolism boosting qualities like green and white tea, certainly is high in antioxidants), Guarana, which is traditionally used in energy drinks because of its high caffeine content, grape seed extract, which is mainly used to aid hypertension not weight loss. For best results the makers of Burn 60 recommend that their supplement be taken as part of a comprehensive diet and exercise program and they even include a diet and exercise program guide in each bottle.
You are advised to take two tablets of Burn 60 daily with water before breakfast. They also advise you not to take any capsules close to bedtime (as there is a 180mg of caffeine in the dosage). One bottle has 60 capsules and it retails for $29.99 but GNC Gold Card members can get a bottle for $23.99.

There are many healthy ingredients in this product (although perhaps a bit too much caffeine) but there is no stand out ingredient that is specifically targeted at hunger or fat loss.
Burn 60 may be mildly successful in the battle of the bulge but there are more potent and still safe and natural diet supplements on the market that can garner weight loss more effectively and more efficiently.
