Anadrox
Anadrox Overview
The Anadrox dietary supplement hails itself as one of the most powerful muscle pumping and fat burning products available. There is quite a lot of information to be found on the manufacturer’s website (MHP – Maximum Human Performance) and on some independent manufacturers’ sites.Obviously Anadrox targets the heavy-duty body building crowd, and uses language and phrases in its marketing to appeal to them in particular. For instance, the product is described as helping the user achieve the goal of being ‘freaky huge and ripped’, and is made for ‘extreme muscle growth and pumps’.Although the official MHP site does a good job of explaining how their product works, the links to testimonials and FAQ’s are not complete and lead to blank pages. They do illustrate their fat burning matrix with diagrams and a step by step process, though considering the amount of technical and convoluted explanations it is doubtful that anyone would take the time to read it all.
Anadrox – Product Description
Anadrox has a huge amount of ingredients contained in several proprietary blends. It basically works by increasing the body’s ability to produce Nitric oxide. Although this is a natural free-form gas produced in the body, a deficiency can lead to extreme fatigue and exhaustion. Therefore, increasing this amount can help the body builder work out to his or her maximum potential. The first list of ingredients in Anadrox are all listed with their amounts and include a number of vitamins and minerals (zinc, copper, Vitamins C and B12), and the remainder of the formula is made up from proprietary blends; The Pump Nitro Folin, The Burn – Thermo 27, and Beta Receptor Site upregulating factors. Included in these blends are well-known ingredients such as Green Tea, Banaba leaf extract etc, plus some lesser known (L-Arginine, Purin Nucleoside e.g.).The company’s recommendations for the dosage amounts of Anadrox are 4 capsules per day that can be taken all in one serving or split into two servings a day. As with any powerful substance, it is advised that the user assess their tolerance of the product before taking the maximum dose. This is particularly important with Anadrox as the ’safe’ levels of the amino acid Arginine have not been determined – an overdose could lead to serious side effects.

Anadrox – The Bottom Line
It is obvious from reading the Anadrox site and independent information on the product, that this would only be suitable for very serious and competitive body builders. It is probably even too strong for even a casual body builder and certainly not suitable for the average dieter. Until more facts are known about Arginine, Anadrox should definitely be left on the shelf.
