7-DFB - The Bottom Line
7-DFB does not get rave reviews. First is the recommended dosage of twelve pills per day, six pill in the morning and six at lunch time. There were many reports of illness resulting from consuming the pills, even at less than ½ the recommended daily dosage. In addition, 7-DFB is packed with a number of natural diuretics which will eliminate excess water from the body, thereby reducing overall body weight. However, the body has not lost any fat nor built any muscle, but simply weighs less. After re-hydration the weight loss will disappear and the consumer will again revert back to his/her former weight. Depending on the reason for weight loss, 7-DFB may not fit the bill. 7-DFB does contain caffeine which is linked to risks for heart attacks, and can produce side effects such as nausea, headaches, moodiness, anxiety and jitteriness. Diet and exercise were encouraged in combination with 7-DFB in order to lose significant weight, but users did not appear to experience phenomenal results. Consumers averaged weight loss of between eight to nine pounds.
