Habit of smoking is not good. Everybody knows this. In a research done by Finnish it came out that men who smoke not only die early but they also live a poor quality of life as compared to those who do not smoke at all.
According to a research, this decline in the quality of live does not stop even after quitting the habit of smoking. It is found that people who are chain smokers live the quality of their life in the way that someone who lives the way who is 10 years older to them.

The research led by Dr. Arto Y. Strandberg, from the University of Helsinki, the people who smoke more than 20 cigarettes daily have more negative effects than others who smoke a bit less. These people have the quality of life of those who are 10 years older to them, which means that they live a poor quality life.

According to Strandberg, smoking not only increases the risk of illness and diseases but also increases the risk of death. It is better to quit early and best if one doesn’t start it at all.

According to the professor of medicine at the University of California, San Diego, Dr. David M. Burns who is also the author of an accompanying journal editorial, smoking is not a good way to live life.

Smoking only makes you older than your age and it does not enhance the lifestyle. It is just a way to get older early.
